Correspondence Course
February 14 - May 16, 2011
Spring 2011 marks the third season of reading aloud, in which I read aloud from the books on my study shelves, omitting any citation, that you might simply enjoy a good listen.
This year’s reading aloud takes the form of a fourteen-week correspondence course. A twenty minute episode will be posted every Monday for the duration of the course.
Course may only be audited; no credit is available at this time.
Spring 2010: The second season of reading aloud was produced as a distributed component of the study center for Gestures of Resistance, an exhibition I co-curated with Shannon Stratton at the Museum of Contemporary Craft in Portland, Oregon. Nine episodes.
Spring 2009: The first season of reading aloud, seed plot: for my seminar students was produced for the students in my sculpture seminar at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Fourteen episodes.
